Building Your Site

Go to Benedictine sites

TreeFrogClick will work closely with you to build a unique, attractive website that will display the quality and character of your business or community, and make them want to contact you.

How Your Site is Built

Step 1: Submit your brochures and photos by sending them via email (preferred), or mailing via post office to TreeFrogClick. Printed photos will be returned to you.

Step 2: We call you to propose a plan for artwork and layout for the website.

Step 3: We send you, via email, or regular mail, the proposed website on a test page visible only to you. If you do not have internet access, we will send you the printed pages via regular mail.

Step 4: After your approval, the website will be launched.

Some Details

Contact TreeFrogClick for prices.

Once your site is approved by you and launched, we offer to make minor changes throughout the year as part of an annual maintenance contract. These are changes to phone numbers, email addresses and text, up to one hour of time. Additional changes, such as new photos, more text, and so on, are charged at an hourly rate. (Many changes can be made well within an hour's time.) Annual maintenance, which includes hosting, domain and minor server problems, will be included in your initial quote, and will you be charged for this each year afterwards.

Your community will have its own domain name, such as www.poorclaressantabarbara.org, as well as the same name with the “.com” ending, to protect you from others who would obtain that name. You will be provided with your own username and password to allow FTP file access to the web server. This means that you can make changes to the website's pages and files on your own if you like. And this is important — you will also be the legal owner of the domain name.
