A religious community in the Midwest is now looking forward to filling up their seats at a “Come & See” retreat with young ladies who responded to a simple online quiz.
And it was all done with the use of Facebook ads.
We at TreeFrogClick recently ran a series of Facebook ads and pulled in 120 respondents for a religious community. Twenty-five of them said they would be interested in coming to their upcoming retreat.
The pie chart on this page shows a surprising result of the survey: 45% said they would be interested in coming to a discernment retreat.
The women were age 18 – 25, single, and all showed some interest in their Catholic faith.
Some of the survey results were surprising. Sixteen percent were recent converts to the Catholic faith. Ninety-eight percent said they could live with the vows of poverty, chastity and obedience. Seventy-five percent said they were seeking advice from others in the discernment of their life’s calling.
The survey relied on a proprietary list of 50,000 young Catholic single women that TreeFrogClick has been developing over the last three years.
“We don’t know anyone else who has a program of this level of success in finding religious candidates anywhere in the country,” said Kevin Banet, TreeFrogClick president and CEO.
